- The warranty period is one year, during which our technicians will provide on-site repair and spare parts (parts include water filter connectors, fittings, hoses, and all parts subject to natural wear and tear), excluding damage caused by human error. After the warranty period expires and the filter cartridge is replaced by our company, the warranty period will be extended by one year, but spare parts will not be included.
